Ford Falcon FPV GT-P Pictures

Ford Performance Vehicles has increased the visual presence of its vehicles with the new BF model range, introducing a bold new styling theme that provides greater distinction between Boss 290 V8-powered and F6 270 Turbo-powered vehicles. New-look front bumpers on all models feature an aggressive race-inspired lip surrounding the larger lower air intake, which is replicated in a similar fashion surrounding a new-look opening in the rear bumpers of all sedans. This is combined with stylish new-design auxiliary driving lights. The unique styling theme provides FPV with greater exclusivity as well as the flexibility to customise the design for individual models.

To complement the new styling, all Boss 290-powered vehicles receive 19-inch alloy wheels as standard fitment, including a new design on the range-topping GT-P and Super Pursuit models, while the GT and GT-P are also fitted with a traditional muscle car-inspired twin exhaust system. All Boss 290-powered models also feature a broader selection of new-design optional side stripe and hood decal packages.

The new-look BF range from FPV builds on the success of its predecessors with an evolutionary step forward in design. The new-look front bumpers further enhance the traditional performance car styling of the Boss 290 V8-powered vehicles with a larger and more pronounced lower air intake featuring the race-inspired three-slot spoiler. Introducing an element of classic styling alongside the aggressive design are new-look fog lamps. These lights feature a satin alloy surround on GT and Pursuit with black integrated flutes, while GT-P and Super Pursuit build on the premium theme of the range-topping models with satin alloy surrounds and flutes that complement the standard satin alloy grille mesh. Both the GT and GT-P now feature their respective model's badges in the upper air intake within the front bumper: a design cue reminiscent of the classic GTs of the 1960s and 1970s.

The F6 Typhoon and F6 Tornado also carry the aggressive new look, but with a unique lower air intake design that features reverse angle pillars to accentuate the silver intercooler behind the Technik grille mesh. Both the F6 Typhoon and F6 Tornado feature exclusive design auxiliary driving lights with colour coded inserts. These styling elements give a dramatically different look to the F6 models compared to GT, GT-P, Pursuit and Super Pursuit. The pronounced intake surround continues through to the rear bumpers on all sedan variants with a signature three-slot extraction design. The grille mesh in each model also replicates the front bumper: black in GT, satin alloy in GT-P and silver in F6 Typhoon.

FPV is the first Australian high-performance manufacturer to offer a six-speed automatic transmission with the introduction of the state-of-the-art new ZF Engineering 6HP26 gearbox, which features multiple driving modes, sophisticated logics and a number of innovative driving and safety features. It is available as an option on all FPV models with a recommended retail price of $1250. As was the case with the re-engineering of the Tremec T56 six-speed manual, the ZF six-speed automatic transmission has been tailored to suit the unique driving conditions and customer demands of the Australian high-performance vehicle market.

Cadillac CTS Sports Wagon Wallpapers

If you've spent any time on German roads, one thing you'll notice – right after the speed limit signs with a slash mark through them – is that station wagons are popular.

Nearly every manufacturer builds multiple models ranging from sub-compacts to near full-size behemoths. Mercedes-Benz E-Class and C-Class wagons are everywhere. Ditto for BMW 3 and 5 Series Tourings. Volkswagen, Fiat, Citroen, Seat, Skoda and Peugeot all sell lots of wagons. Perhaps it's a legacy of the Lamborghini Espada or the undeniable fact that the current M-B E63 AMG wagon is seriously cool, Europeans like wagons.

Americans, on the other hand, don't. Our country's collective notion of station wagons is stuck in Clark W. Griswold-land. Too bad. Most Americans have no idea what they're missing.
You know the Cadillac V-Series well, and what we think of the 2011 CTS-V Coupe. The V Wagon is simply the coupe with better visibility and room for water skis, snowboards, mountain bikes and more (thanks to the roof rack). Could performance come in a more practical package? (Subaru WRX hatchback drivers... you understand.)

Plus, the V Wagon is a sleeper in comparison to the V Coupe. The unexpected nature of a supercharged 556-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 wagon with the top speed of a Porsche 911 is stupendously brilliant. The irony of the four-second 0-60 mph time ain't bad, either.

From the A-pillar forward, all three V-Series body styles are visually identical – a good thing because the V's face has serious street presence. Unfortunately, the mesh grille is American pomposity in wire form – vaguely cliché in a JC Whitney kind of way. And Cadillac dealers installing look-a-like aftermarket grilles on non-V CTSs hasn't helped matters.

Citroen DS Inside Wallpapers

The Citroen DS Inside concept car Citroen is launching a new line of products to broaden its current range. The new line will consist of three new cars, positioned in the small, medium and large car segments.

The Citroen DS Inside concept car and vehicle line are characterised by forthright choices on styling, onroad performance and use. These are accessible objects of desire, cars that stand apart by their creativity, intelligent design and build quality, embodying the very best of Citroen. The new product line will perfectly illustrate Citroen's new spirit of "Créative Technologie".

The new line will also have a new naming system. Like the main range vehicles, which carry the letter C and a number, and, like the MPVs, which sport the Picasso signature, the new models will feature a special name: the DS line.

DS stood and continues to stand for a new approach to automobiles and the future. Citroen is taking inspiration from its design DNA to strengthen the positioning of its new product line. The range instills the different spirit, that the name DS inspires. Hence the distinctive model line up will be called DS3, DS4 and DS5. DS: Different Spirit.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Wallpapers

The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, colloquially known as the Lancer Evo or Evo or pussy car,[1] is a high-performance sedan manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors. There have been ten official versions to date, and the designation of each model is most commonly a roman numeral. All use two litre, turbocharged engines and four-wheel drive systems.

The Evolution was originally intended only for Japanese markets, but demand on the "grey import" market led the Evolution series to be offered through Ralliart dealer networks in the United Kingdom and in various European markets from around 1998. Mitsubishi decided to export the eighth generation Evolution to the United States in 2003 after witnessing the success Subaru had in that market with their Impreza WRX, a direct competitor in other global regions.

Japanese-spec cars were limited by a gentlemen's agreement to advertise no more than 280 PS (206 kW; 276 hp), a mark already reached by Evolution IV. Therefore, each subsequent version has unofficially evolved above the advertised power figures, with the Japanese-spec Evolution IX reaching an alleged output of around 321 PS (236 kW; 317 hp). Various versions available in other markets, particularly the UK, have official power outputs up to 411 PS (302 kW; 405 hp).

The tenth generation of the Lancer Evolution was launched in Japan 2007, and overseas markets in 2008.
